I. Purpose: 

This equipment is used for cold rolling of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and aluminum alloys. 

II. Equipment features and equipment composition: 

This rolling mill consists of a main motor, coupling, reducer, two-axis box, universal joint, main rolling mill, and electrical control. 

To ensure optimal roll opening and continued operation after roll grinding, a universal joint shaft is employed to connect the herringbone gear seat and the rolls, resulting in efficient power transmission. The rolls are constructed from 9Cr3Mo alloy and subjected to quenching treatment, achieving a high hardness level of HS95-100 with a depth of 10-15. Furthermore, the rolling mill bearings utilize four-row cylindrical roller bearings. The frame is a closed structure made of cast steel, with the window size on the roll changing side being 10 mm larger than that on the driving side for easier roll replacement. The balancing device is employed to equalize the weight of the upper rolling mill roll and bearing seat, while also eliminating the gap between the compression screw and nut, utilizing a spring-based balancing mechanism. 

The compression device is electrically operated, allowing for simultaneous or independent compression at both ends. The upper part of the compression screw is fitted with a limit switch, while the lower part has a safety collar to prevent any unintended operation and safeguard the roller system. The adjustment amount of the compression screw is indicated on the compression indicator dial. The upward movement of the compression motor raises the upper roller, supported by a spring. 

The roller replacement mechanism consists of two components: an internal track mounted within the frame that does not need to be disassembled, and an external track that can be easily removed when roller replacement is not required.
